remain in this page unless you choose to send a failure report. As
with any website, the services contacted receive standard connection
data needed to respond.

Reading the evidence
A failure is a clue, not a verdict.
If neutral controls work while the same website fails repeatedly, that is consistent with a connection-specific access problem. A second test after switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data provides stronger evidence.
